Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors with a friendly and professional manner ??
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, recording and scanning cheques, arranging couriers, and maintaining office supplies ???
  • Proactively ensure the office is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies, taking pride in creating a pleasant and efficient work environment ??
  • Support staff and partners with various administrative tasks, including file management, client billing, and client-related documentation ??
  • Assist in on-boarding clients, liaise with external IT support for technical issues, and provide administrative support for important reviews ??

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience as an administrator, adept at managing a busy workload and multitasking efficiently ??
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal ??
  • Proactive and organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative ??
  • Confident, friendly, and upbeat personality, contributing to a positive and welcoming work environment ??

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in accountancy or similar professional services environments ??
