Urgent opportunity to work for a retail brand in build mode. This retail business has got exciting plans to open up 50 plus stores together with a world class E-Commerce website.

Therefore, they need additional support in their Central London Head Office.

We are looking for a talented office administrator with excellent telephone manner and written communication skills. Must have outstanding customer service skills to ensure a great customer experience. This is an office-based position reporting directly into Senior Management and will include the following tasks and duties

Answering phones, backbone support to Senior Management Team. Logging and filter calls and email communication.

Supporting on compliance, HR tasks and Financer duties.

Complete day to day admin tasks and compiling ad hoc reports and projects

Compiling and sending out communication via emails & letters to suppliers, stores and stakeholders.

Diary Management and Appointment bookings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Office Admin or Operations experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail business.
  • Must be highly proficient on Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Hardworking and flexible about tasks to help wider team
  • Well spoken, warm and willing to roll sleeves up!
  • This is a full time Office based position.

The right candidate must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, hectic office environment and available to start as soon as possible in September or early October 2024
