Our client. growing and ambitious Energy company Is seeking a permanent Office Administrator to be a part of a dynamic Administration team and support senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, adaptability and great communication.

What you will do:

In this role, you will manage company correspondence, book and organise travel according to policy, and handle visa paperwork. Responsibilities include accurately entering travel and expense data, managing phone calls and office supply inventory, creating travel itineraries, and overseeing meeting rooms and visitor sign-ins. You will also handle courier services, raise purchase orders and receipt invoices. Supporting various departments, ensuring compliance with policies, ordering supplies, and providing general administrative support, such as photocopying and filing, are essential tasks.

What you will need:

The ideal candidate will have experience with booking travel and possess good IT skills. They should be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail are essential. The candidate should be capable of using their own initiative and be a good team player. They must also demonstrate a "can do" attitude, able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and show flexibility to take on tasks outside their remit.
