Are you looking for a temporary administrative role that will allow you to showcase your attention to detail and organisational skills? Our client, a well-respected organisation in London, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 4-6 months.

This role will be starting on Monday 16th September, you must be immediately available.

Main Duties:

  • Processing both sales related and other Company paperwork
  • Acting as administrative back-up to the Sales Team, including accepting incoming telephone calls
  • Providing helpful responses to customer queries
  • Being actively responsible for managing the packing and dispatching of requested literature and product samples,
  • Ensuring sufficient stock levels of related packaging and product materials
