An established charity in West London is looking for an Office Administrator for 6 month contract with the option to extend! This opportunity is an 6-month contract that pays a salary of up to £25,000 per year and involves the day-to-day smooth running of the office and supporting the administration and finance teams, room bookings, maintaining the website and social media, and acting as the first point of contact for the charity. This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator who has worked in a similar position in the past, possibly as a receptionist, an office administrator, or another similar position. You’ll receive full training on the use of Salesforce, Adobe, and Mailchimp but it will be a benefit to your application if you have some prior knowledge.

As the Office Administrator, you will:

  • Oversee and enhance our information systems, including CharityLog and Microsoft 360, while ensuring all data is secure and GDPR-compliant.
  • Provide hands-on support for meetings and events, from organizing and distributing papers to capturing minutes and following up on actions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate events and workshops, including marketing, reminders, and logistics such as catering, travel, and room bookings.
  • Ensure smooth governance and record-keeping, staying on top of charity law, GDPR, and internal guidelines.
  • Champion the charity’s mission by keeping resources stocked, engaging with members, and delivering key insights for reports and evaluations.

As the Office Administrator, you should have:

  • Strong PC Skills including MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ideally 6 months working in an administration position

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 pro rata. This is an 6 month fixed term contract. There is the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
