Our client is a successful business within an exciting field. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have some experience in a similar role and the position will be office based.Main duties to include:
- Typing and formatting documents and reports
- Answering the phones and passing to the appropriate person
- Greeting clients and arranging lunches
- Assisting with prioritisation of office workload
- Maintaining records and files
- General ad-hoc office duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within an office role
- Attention to detail
- IT proficiency and the ability to pick up new systems
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work well within a team
