  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with third parties to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Manage customer logistics
  • Additional administrative duties to support the office
Skills & experience Required:
  • A background in customer service or administration
  • Recent office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and the ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
