Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic, in their search for a temporary Office Administrator.

As the Office Administrator you will be supporting the main reception, completing all ad-hoc tasks for staff, assisting with events and programmes. This experience is crucial as they require someone that can hit the ground running.

Contract: In Central London office Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities :

  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional Front of House environment.
  • Handle reception duties: managing calls, emails, post, and courier services.
  • Support events and meetings, including room setup, refreshments, and AV/IT coordination.
  • Maintain databases, calendars, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc team support.
  • Coordinate office supplies and oversee stock levels.
