Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, managing calls, organizing data, and assisting with candidate onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, particularly those from candidates interested in open roles
- Organize and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of candidate information
- Assist in the preparation of onboarding documentation for new hires
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to manage candidate schedules and update databases
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle any additional tasks as required to support daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred but not essential)
