A well-established property company in Hampstead, with a large portfolio of residential properties in London are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support a dynamic team of six. With decades of experience, they pride themselves on maintaining high standards across their portfolio.

Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator are:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling for the office team.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and occasional errands.
  • Data entry, bookkeeping, and invoice management.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with our dedicated team.
  • Managing vehicle fleets and handling company insurance renewals.
  • General administrative tasks, including filing, organising documents, and correspondence.
  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism.

The ideal Office Administrator will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Familiarity with office systems and clerical procedures.
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is a bonus.
  • Knowledge or experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential.

The annual salary is £28,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience. This is a fully office based role, 9am-5:30pm, with 23 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New Year).
