An award-winning research firm based close to Old Street station is seeking an Office Administrator, paying up to £28,800 plus benefits, to join their growing team.
Please note that this role will be fully office based for the first 6 months, with some flexibility to move to hybrid working after successfully completing the probationary period
The Office Administrator will be supporting the team of researchers with file management and document control as well as other administrative tasks for the office. It will also include supporting the marketing team with the internal events calendar. This is a really great opportunity for an experienced administrator to progress their career while also working in a friendly, growing team.
Duties will include the following:
- Opening, scanning and distributing of incoming mail
- Processing of outgoing mail with the help of an in-house mail despatch system
- Digitising of paper records
- Document filing
- Office H&S, including acting as a Fire Marshal and a First Aider
- Monitoring the administration team email inbox and responding to enquiries
- Ordering stationery and office supplies for the office, as well as restocking
- Preparing and sending supplies and marketing materials to our local representatives
- Fundraising for chosen charities
- Event stationery and collateral stock management
- Recording participant data and reporting
- Assisting with travel arrangements and venue arrangements
