Role Summary:As an Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our visitors and clients. We're looking for a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Monitor the company's main phone line and email, ensuring timely responses.?? Check and distribute mail daily.?? Welcome and oversee visitors and clients, making them feel at home.?? Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed.??? Coordinate maintenance of office equipment to keep things running smoothly.??? Maintain organised office files for easy access by staff.?? Record expenses and manage petty cash with accuracy.?? Send out internal communications to keep everyone informed.?? Liaise daily with partners and staff to facilitate operations.?? Perform filing, copying, and scanning tasks as required.�?? Order food and supplies for internal/external meetings.�? Ensure conference rooms meet company standards at all times.?? Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with office administration and management procedures.Understanding of clerical procedures such as recordkeeping and filing.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Thrive in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
