Purpose of the role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team and support our Office Manager and sales support department. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting sales in their day-to-day activities - it offers hybrid working, in our beautiful new NW6 office.

  • Take prospective customer enquiries
  • Book sales appointments
  • Draft, distribute, verify and file contracts
  • Co-ordinate all site facilities for new projects
  • Handle all incoming office communication by phone & email
  • Maintain organised and well documented electronic records
  • Create new records with our Client Relationship Management system
  • Collate all staff holiday requests
  • Answer sales queries
  • Update sales quotes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in administration
  • GCSE’s in English & Maths, grade B or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Competent & reliable
  • Confident in dealing with people from all backgrounds
  • CRM knowledge preferred
  • Own space/desk to work from home

Location: Hybrid role - 3 days in our NW6 office and 2 days at home, based on requirements.

Salary: up to £30,000 pa

Holiday: 25 days annual leave (5 held for Christmas closure) plus all national bank holidays
