Are you ready to take on a hands-on role that requires working under your own initiative, either alone or as part of a team? Our client is searching for a dedicated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to their firm's partners and senior staff.

What you will do:

As an Office Administrator with Secretarial Support, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the firm's partners and senior staff, including handling correspondence. Your role will includes overseeing the receipt of client records, reviewing them for completeness, and logging them in and out of the office. You will manage databases effectively and perform basic bookkeeping tasks primarily using Excel. Additionally, you will open and maintain client documentary and electronic files and manage the office manual filing system. You will also be responsible for filing documents online with the Registrar of Companies, drafting invoices, managing the internal time-cost system, and assisting with debt collection through written and telephone communication. Daily secretarial and reception ad-hoc office duties will also be part of your responsibilities.
