Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and handling client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm ?????
- Providing a warm welcome to clients, handling introductions, and gathering initial enquiry data ??
- Updating property details on the bespoke system and registering new clients ??
- Manage and update the company's website and property portals with current listings and information ??
- Managing office supplies and equipment, keeping the team fully equipped ??
- Coordinating maintenance and facilities for the office, so everything runs like a well-oiled machine ??
- Assisting the property management team with administrative tasks and utility bill management ??
- Diary management for the director and organising team meetings ???
- Liaising with clients and third parties on behalf of the Director by phone and email ??
- Managing general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required ??
- Design and distribute marketing materials from the database such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters ??
Skills and Experience:
