Office Administrator - Mayfair - £24,000 to £27,000My client, a well-established and high end property and asset management firm, are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator / Receptionist to join their growing team in Mayfair.Fantastic opportunity to join an environment ensuring smooth functions across the business, providing front of house and administrative duties to a team of experts who have a passion for excellence delivering advice across every area of property including agency, rating, surveying.Duties:

  • Ensure Reception and Office presents well at all times liaise with florist, internal landscaping and cleaner
  • Schedule and arrange resources and refreshments/catering for conferences, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
  • Set up meeting room (2 boardrooms), and clearing meeting room after meetings ended
  • Order food for office and keep fridge fully stocked with drinks etc.
  • Post - Sort and distribute
  • Liaison with contractors
  • Liaison with our external IT company on issues
  • Photocopier - arranging maintenance visits, replacing toner
  • Mail - franking and posting mail, ensuring postage prices are up to date
  • Arrange couriers, ensuring optimal prices are obtained
  • Ordering stationery and ensuring optimum stock is kept
  • Ensure travel is efficiently organised, and optimal prices are obtained
  • Provide suggestions to improve and streamline team processes and procedures
  • Using own initiative, undertake duties to ensure the smooth flow of work through the team
  • Assist in organising the boardroom calendars

Experience Required:

  • Some administrative or Front of House experience
  • Experience in the property industry is highly desired but not essential
  • Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
  • Very well presented, articulate and excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Good command of written/verbal English

Hours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmBenefits:

  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, increases one day after two years of service with a maximum of 30 days,
