They offer competitive exchange rates, risk management strategies, and expert support for transactions such as property purchases and business transfers, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.
They are seeking an Office Administrator to support their growing team, ensuring the smooth operation of both office and post administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:Post Administration (60% of the Role)
- Prepare post packs and collateral for all businesses within the group.
- Assist in organising marketing and event materials for shows.
- Manage all inbound and outbound office deliveries, post sorting, and distribution.
- Oversee post and courier services, ensuring all mail and collateral deadlines are met.
Office Administration
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external office enquiries.
- Meet and greet office guests.
- Coordinate with the serviced office provider to maintain smooth office operations.
- Manage stationery, store supplies, and office stock (including home office supplies).
- Handle photocopying, filing, and scanning of documents.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
- Process expenses via the company’s expense management system.
- Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation.
- Support HR with updates to company contact lists.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Workspace Planning
- Manage Kadence, the company’s remote office booking system.
- Assist in coordinating department relocations and office moves.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and diary management.
Travel, Events, and Charity
- Assist in planning and delivering internal company events.
- Support the coordination of charity initiatives and fundraising events.
- Manage business travel arrangements for staff.
Sustainability
- Contribute to the company’s sustainability efforts across the group.
Health & Safety
- Monitor health and safety compliance within the office.
- Conduct internal health, safety, and productivity surveys.
- Manage first aiders and fire marshals.
About You:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable.
