We are an independent specialist in property management which has been established since 2008 with a large portfolio of properties in & around London & Essex. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to;
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of office.
- Process new tenancies
- Assist in the management and coordination of lettings.
Requirements:
- 1 years experience of office admin
- multilingual. Romanian speaking
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different properties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- time management skills and prioritise workload.
Working hours.
- Mon- Thur 9am to 5.30pm. Friday 9am-5pm.
