Office Coordinator/Events – Media £28,000City/West End – Hybrid Our client is a global media company looking for an Office Coordinator/Events Administrator to support with all office activities, including  first point of contract for all staff, freelancers and suppliers, dealing with office stock and stationary as well as internal events such as Christmas and Summer parties.THE ROLE
  • Point of contact with building office manager and security staff
  • Point of contact for staff, freelancers and suppliers
  • Process invoices and creating purchase orders using NetSuite
  • Organise summer and winter events and end of month socials
  • Provide support for annual staff awards event by arranging certificates and medals to the UK and regional offices
  • Organising lunch order and refreshments for any office events, as well as maintaining the kitchen
  • Sorting and distribution of post and deliveries
  • Printing quarterly admin support to the senior leadership team
  • Arranging courier for local and international shipping Booking travel, transport and accommodation when required
THE PERSON
  • Experience in being the first point of contact in the office
  • Experience in organising  large events for the entire company
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
