Wise May are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable Consultancy company based in the London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.
Duties to include:
- Provide effective administrative support to the team.
- Deal with client enquiries and take accurate messages.
- Maintain client/contact database.
- Assist team in following Management System procedures.
- Comply with office policies relating to recycling and minimising energy usage.
- Event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential
