  • Front of House:
    • Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues, creating a positive and professional first impression.
    • Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and efficiency.
  • Office Operations:
    • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary with precision.
    • Maintain a well-organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair needs promptly.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organise property marketing materials, including photos.
    • Handle internal and external correspondence professionally.
    • Address tenant and landlord queries, directing them to the appropriate team members when needed.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Take ownership of specific projects and conduct research to support business needs.

Ideal Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Prior customer service experience.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
