Job title: Office Coordinator

Location: Victoria

Hourly rate: 拢15-16phr

Duties include

路 Meeting and greeting all guests and providing refreshments when requested

路 General administration in relation to the smooth running of the office, including timely responses to queries and requests to bookings

路 Manage maintenance of the office environment, liaising with other departments

路 Ensuring Health and Safety checks are being implemented, including regular floor walks

路 Communicating any relevant information to the office via e-mail

路 Ordering of all office supplies. Ensure that the pantry and storage cupboards are always tidy and organised

路 Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external use

路 Accept, sort and distribute post appropriately

路 Ensure IT requirements throughout the office are met by liaising with the IT Helpdesk

路 Ensure building compliances are met and update building management with records

路 Helping assist with event coordination

路 Ad-hoc project support for events

Candidate specifications/requirements

路 Office Manager or Office Coordinator experience required

路 Experienced with stakeholder management

路 Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

路 Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast paced environment

路 Must be positive and a team player
