Are you an experienced Administrator looking for something new and exciting? Our client, a family-run business in Croydon, needs a flexible Office Administrator to help with their day-to-day tasks. You'll be joining a warm and supportive team where everyone pitches in. They're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and is ready to take on a variety of administrative and support roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping track of office supplies.
  • Accurately processing and managing incoming orders.
  • Coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Answering and managing phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Helping to maintain and improve office systems and processes.
  • Assisting the procurement and finance teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Updating customer and company records and databases.

About you:The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience in office administration. Due to working in a smaller size team, you will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day to day responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in administration as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or similar role.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently within a small team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational abilities, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The capability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong time management skills
