This is a permanent role for an Operations /Admin professional to join a close knit team and take responsibility for the following areas:
Role
- Onboarding new starters
- HR Administration
- IT liaison and first line support
- GDPR administration
- Check and chase missing documentation
- Support contract administration
- Oversee office and facilities
- Manage procurement and purchasing of supplies
- Deal with visitors and incoming callers
- Coordinate team events
You
- Experience within a recruitment environment
- Sound knowledge of office and operations processes
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Familiar with compliance
- Tech Savvy
- Positive, high energy, friendly, can-do attitude
