My client is looking for a self-motivated, forward-thinking, and highly organised individual to join their Brand team as an Office Co-Ordinator. This role is crucial in helping them achieve their ambitious growth plans over the next few years. You will be responsible for assisting the wider team, organising critical schedules and meetings, and supporting all other administrative requirements across the department. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including scheduling meetings, company conferences, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Coordination:

    • Routine administration for brand owners, including presentations and meeting arrangements.
    • Contractual tracking and filing.
    • Marketing approvals and retail updates.
    • Showroom upkeep and organisation.
    • Trade show administration, including profile setup, diary coordination, and bookings.
  • Company Support:

    • Administrative support for the MD and Senior Leadership Team.
    • Organisation of company conference events, training, projects, and away days.
    • Group travel arrangements.
    • Liaison and scheduling of diaries for critical meetings across departments.
  • Office Upkeep and Coordination:

    • Ordering supplies and monitoring office needs.
    • Coordination with building site manager and cleaning services.
    • Handling couriers and postage requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Previous experience as a highly experienced Administrator/Co-Ordinator.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible approach and process-driven mindset.
