Location: Farringdon / Chancery Lane (5 days in-office)Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Working as the Office Coordinator you will play a key role in keeping the operations running smoothly while supporting members!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Communication managment - Manage incoming mail, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they’re directed to the right hands with professional finesse.
  • Space Booking & Event Support - Coordinate educational course bookings, meetings, and catering for network events.
  • Security Sentinel - Ensure seamless visitor security, monitor CCTV, and maintain detailed records.
  • Delivery Superhero - Sign for high-value deliveries, keep them secure, and manage client deliveries.
  • Teamwork Pro - Provide holiday cover, take on ad hoc tasks, and keep the office running like clockwork.
  • Social Media & Newsletters - Lend a hand with social media posts and mailouts via Mailchimp.
  • Committee & Administration Support - Arrange council committee meetings, handle agendas, minutes, and essential reporting.
  • Database & Records Keeper - Keep everything organised and up-to-date, from membership applications to security logs.

What We’re Looking For:
