Office Executive - Newly Created Position!?? London | ?? Salary: Up to £32K | Permanent

This dynamic and forward-thinking company is dedicated to providing essential business services to their clients. Due to expansion, they are seeking an exceptional Office Executive to join their growing Front of House team in this newly created, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Handling post and answering telephone inquiries
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Maintaining the office space
  • Supporting clients with administrative tasks
  • On-boarding new clients and employees
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with operational tasks
Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
