Our client a specialist in film media is seeking an experienced Administrator/Office Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a creative and dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.

The role  is office based and full time offering a salary  of £30,000 to £40,000 according to experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The role encompasses a wide range of administrative and o ? ce tasks, but with a focus on sales support, liaison for external suppliers and operational reporting.
  • Producing accurate reports sent to suppliers, managers and departmental meetings.  Assist with correspondence and communication across teams and with external partners.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and e ? ciently
  • Handling invoices for the sales department
  • Maintain o ? ce supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available
  • Foster a positive o ? ce atmosphere through excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

Skills & Quali?cations:

  • Proven admin and office management experience in a busy office
  • Previous experience in preparing reports, with responsibility for large amounts of data & accuracy
  • Professional experience in using accounting software, preferably Xero
  • Experience of dealing with customers, delivering an exceptional service
  • Experience of managing suppliers
  • Good IT systems knowledge in order to manage systems and processes
  • Numerate and knowledge of preparing invoices using software
