This is a temp to perm opportunity, you must be immediately available to apply for this opportunity. You will be based in office five days per week, 9:00 – 5:30. This role is starting asap. WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will act as the go-to person in the office of fifteen people. You will be working independently on the OM side and within a team of two PA’s. • Full operations of the office• Maintaining office supplies and creating a pleasant work environment• Providing front of house support, greeting clients• Meeting room management with b2b meetings • Booking travel, transfers and accommodation• Event organisation• Updating the database with procedures and logging data• Hands on with facility management, IT and keeping the office tidy • Ad-hoc PA duties WHO YOU ARE:You will be a proactive candidate who is looking for a long term role within a family office environment. My client is looking for solid Office Management experience and a highly organized individual who is personable and approachable.
