A boutique London based Law Firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Team Assistant to join their team.
You will support the 5 fee earners in all administration to include amending and updating contracts and documents and filing confidential information appropriately.
You will be the go-to person for all office operations to include managing suppliers and gaining quotes where necessary, liaising with the landlord, procuring equipment and sundries where necessary and generally keeping the office in immaculate condition.
There is a financial aspect to this role which will include sending and following up on invoices, meaning you will have access to the company bank account so discretion is key.
As part of your induction, you will be sent to Zurich for two days. The company values work-life balance and offers flexibility, including the option to take Friday afternoons off if needed.
This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible working hours of either 8:30-4:30, 9-5, or 9:30-5:30. The office is by St Pauls with stunning views.
Experience in a legal support role is desirable or another small professional services company.
