An exciting opportunity to join a recently established UK trade association in the financial services and tech space. Requires highly organised office manager who is keen to work with a wide range of innovative, entrepreneurial member companies and ensure that the association's operations are managed efficiently and professionally.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for membership operations including onboarding, invoicing and member support. You'll ensure our corporate accounts and records are kept up to date, knowledge of Xero is essential, and manage the website and LinkedIn account. You'll also provide the CEO with PA services including diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging travel.

The role would also involve providing support for events and member communications eg newsletter. Looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and the experience and capability to manage a busy and varied workload. The hours are flexible and could be largely performed remotely with travel to London 1-2x month on average.
