We are seeking an individual to join a global management consulting firm, to support the management of the Office and team assistant responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will oversee administrative tasks, manage office facilities, and coordinate team schedules, meetings, and events. They will bring proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, showing professionalism, discretion, and excellent organisational skills. Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the ideal candidate will take ownership of their role, contribute positively to the workplace culture, and bring energy, efficiency, and enthusiasm to the team.Office Manager and Team Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests, hosting visitors and handling enquiries from staff and guests
  • Managing office correspondence, including the office phone line and general email inbox, directing and triaging enquiries accordingly
  • Maintaining the overall office environment, including the appearance of the kitchen, general office area, and meeting rooms
  • Managing and hosting office visitors, including office access, meeting room set up and bookings
  • Ordering office groceries, including organising catering and lunches when required
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies
  • Managing office deliveries and post
  • Maintaining company data across our CRM and SharePoint
  • Liaising with IT on office IT issues
  • Onboarding and offboarding joiners and leavers
  • Acting as the primary contact for building management and external vendors
  • Maintaining Office Health and Safety to ensure compliance, monitoring policies, and managing PAT tests, Flu Vaccinations, Tech Cleaning, Fire Risk assessments, Fire Extinguisher tests, and DSE assessments
  • Ensuring required Fire Wardens and First Aiders are in place, booking training when necessary
  • Keeping risk assessment logs, Health & Safety logs and policy statements up to date
  • Managing, organising, and coordinating all office events and socials, ranging from small internal socials to larger client and consultant networking events
  • Organising and managing volunteering days and charity/fundraising events
  • Providing cover for UK Executive Assistants during their leave, supporting their Partner(s) as required
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant team across the project lifecycle process
Talent Team Assistant Essentials:
  • Experience managing events both internal and external will be beneficial
  • 2 Years Office Management experience
  • EA/PA/Team assistant experience is beneficial
  • Experience working in professional services
  • Ability to work 5 days in office
