In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, coordinating job sheets, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and managing job sheets for operational projects.
- Liaising closely with the Operations Manager and team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Handling client invoicing and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Providing outstanding customer service to high-end clients.
