Are you an organised and client-focused professional with a knack for multitasking? Our client is seeking an Office Manager / Client Coordinator to be the face of their company and the first point of contact for their valued clients.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, coordinating job sheets, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and managing job sheets for operational projects.
  • Liaising closely with the Operations Manager and team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Handling client invoicing and ensuring billing accuracy.
