  • Responsible for managing day to day business activities at our office in London
  • Provided administrative assistance to our executive team
  • Responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Coordinating company events
  • Assisting teams and providing high-level support to our executives
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Facilities management and liaising with vendors
Executive Assistant to two SLT's
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Full travel management and planning
  • Expenses as required
Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
