Office Manager / Front of House - What Will I Be Doing?
As Office Manager / Front of House, you'll be an integral part of the team, responsible for a range of tasks that will keep the office running smoothly and create a positive, professional experience for everyone who enters. Here's a snapshot of what your role will entail:
- Managing an Office Move - Kick off your role by overseeing our upcoming office move, ensuring a smooth transition for the team.
- Front of House Responsibilities - Greet and welcome clients and visitors as the first point of contact, representing the company with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Daily Office Operations - Keep our office organized, tidy, and well-stocked. Handle deliveries, couriers, and post to keep everything running smoothly.
- Event & Meeting Coordination - Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities, creating memorable experiences for staff and guests.
- Administrative Support - Help with booking travel, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Be a trusted support to the wider administrative team.
- Vendor & Building Liaison - Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers. Manage contracts, leases, and ensure the office meets health and safety standards.
Office Manager / Front of House - What Experience Do I Need?
We're looking for a motivated graduate who's excited to grow and bring energy to this role. The ideal candidate has:
- Education & Experience - A recent degree and some experience in a professional setting, ideally through a placement year or internship in an investment firm or similar environment.
- Front of House Skills - Some experience in reception or front-of-house is an advantage, especially combined with administrative skills.

Office Manager / Front of House - What Else Do I Need to Know?
This is a full-time, office-based role in Soho, Central London. You'll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is competitive at £30-£35K, depending on experience.
