I am working with this international boutique Property development and architectural practice who are known for running high profile and interesting projects near Edgware Road. They are looking for an Office / Studio Manager / PA to join their friendly, approachable and passionate team.

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Monday to Friday in the studio

Benefits: Discretionary bonus, private medical insurance, pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

To be considered you will have 2-3+ years experience in an Office/Studio Assistant or Office Management role, with some PA duties - property, development, architectural or similar are advantageous but the priority is a dynamic, willing and personable character, someone looking for a long term opportunity where they can immerse themselves in the role.

You will ensure the smooth running of the studio, liaising with suppliers, be responsible for all orders including office supplies to refreshments for meetings, manage the studio diary, booking and setting up for meetings, greeting guests and hosting, organising events, daily facilities and maintenance support, be the first point of contact for IT issues, answering incoming calls, assist the EA with administrative tasks and more! A lovely varied role where you can truly keep the studio running smoothly.
