**Office Manager - Global Fashion Company - West London**
We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast-paced environment where you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the office.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR Director to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Accurately track office expenditure and produce a monthly P&L
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Support in the onboarding process for new hires
- Schedule all interviews and appointments
- Coordinate in house or off-site activities and events like parties, celebration and conferences
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
- Background as an Office Manager, Front of House Manager, Office Coordinator or similar
- Deep understanding of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with Concur expense management
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive mindset with the adaptability to handle changing priorities
Package:
- Basic Salary up to £45,000
