**Office Manager - Global Fashion Company - West London**

We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast-paced environment where you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the office.

Role:

You will be responsible for -

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR Director to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Accurately track office expenditure and produce a monthly P&L
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Support in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Schedule all interviews and appointments
  • Coordinate in house or off-site activities and events like parties, celebration and conferences

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will -

  • Background as an Office Manager, Front of House Manager, Office Coordinator or similar
  • Deep understanding of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with Concur expense management
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A proactive mindset with the adaptability to handle changing priorities
