?? Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic role available with our client, a leading provider of office and industrial refurbishments in London. �?

�? At our client's organisation, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional spaces and creating environments that work for people. ?? As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the company and providing support to the team. ??

?? Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the office space and maintain a strong relationship with the building management team.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance without over complicating matters.
  • Take the lead on managing key supplier relationships.
  • Drive certifications, including SafeContractor and Constructionline. (Training can be provided)
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, as well as organising team training and events.
  • Manage pre-qualification questionnaires and update the Approved Subcontractor list.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, capturing minutes and actions.
  • Support project management activities, such as producing documentation and updating relevant systems.
  • Be the point of contact for the team and provide general administrative support.

�? Person Specification:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager in a similar sized company, ideally within the commercial refurbishment and fit-out industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and work successfully both as part of a team and independently.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and relevant certification bodies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with databases/portals.
  • A positive mindset, committed to exemplifying effective ways of working and our company values.
