Hours: This is a part time role requiring 20 hours a week. This can be spread over the week or over 3 days. All 20 hours must be office based.

My client in the insurance sector is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Office Manager, to join a leading organisation based in Liverpool Street. In this role you will be providing comprehensive administrative support to staff and ensure the smooth day-to-day management of all key administrative functions and must be IT literate with strong working knowledge of excel.You will work as an integral part of the team and be responsible for managing many key aspects of the operational day-to-day running, such as management of the team, bookings and providing administrative support to senior leaders.Key Responsibilities:• Manage office budgets, tracks expenses, and reduces unnecessary costs.• Assist with financial tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and processing expenses.• Anticipates needs, schedules meetings, and manages office events efficiently.• Managing the whole office- including organising systems and processes, ordering equipment, organising events• Provide administrative support to the wider business• General office administration including ordering stationary/equipment, organising keeping the office tidy, scanning, filing, etc.• Undertaking various HR duties, including managing staff leave, absence and issuing contracts to new staff members.• Act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and employeesKey Requirements:• Experience gained from working in a similar setting.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.• Efficient and organised.• Strong IT skills.• High energy, enthusiastic and motivated.
