Now a global business, with the Execo based in the US, they are looking to appoint to a newly created role of Office Manager, to support their London site. This role will suit an experienced Office Manager, who has knowledge of all Health & Safety protocols, who is pro-active in their working style and able to multi-task. Strong IT skills essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Exec Assistant in the US
  • Health & Safety compliance - partnering with an external supplier on all H&S Audits
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Facilities Management
  • Ensuring office passes are ordered for new starters
  • Preparing meeting rooms for Execo when in London
  • Ordering gifts for employees maternity leave / sickness absence etc
