An international and fast growing luxury brand are now looking for an office manager to join their busy and supportive London office. This is a part-time role and will be based at their London office:

Mon - Thursday

8:30am - 1.30pm

40k - full time salary which will be pro-rata'd

We are looking for a proactive, innovative and organised office manager who loves their work, and is passionate about creating and building a collaborative, supportive and positive working space/culture.

Duties

  • Manage office space and suppliers
  • Order office supplies and refreshments
  • First point of contact for health and safety - managing audits
  • Manage post/deliveries
  • Manage meetings rooms and calenders
  • Managing diaries across the management team
  • Organise directors meetings - sending out calendar invites
  • Organising travel/accommodation and managing travel schedules/agendas
  • Attending management meetings and taking minutes/actions
  • Organising company events - devising ideas for lunches/breakfasts
  • Putting together presentations/decks - via Powerpoint
  • Creating/filling out reports using excel - creating charts etc
  • Managed ad-hoc office management projects - office moves etc

Skills/attributes required

  • Prior office management experience
  • Strong skills across: Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative, innovative and knowledge of event management
