An international and fast growing luxury brand are now looking for an office manager to join their busy and supportive London office. This is a part-time role and will be based at their London office:
Mon - Thursday
8:30am - 1.30pm
40k - full time salary which will be pro-rata'd
We are looking for a proactive, innovative and organised office manager who loves their work, and is passionate about creating and building a collaborative, supportive and positive working space/culture.
Duties
- Manage office space and suppliers
- Order office supplies and refreshments
- First point of contact for health and safety - managing audits
- Manage post/deliveries
- Manage meetings rooms and calenders
- Managing diaries across the management team
- Organise directors meetings - sending out calendar invites
- Organising travel/accommodation and managing travel schedules/agendas
- Attending management meetings and taking minutes/actions
- Organising company events - devising ideas for lunches/breakfasts
- Putting together presentations/decks - via Powerpoint
- Creating/filling out reports using excel - creating charts etc
- Managed ad-hoc office management projects - office moves etc
Skills/attributes required
- Prior office management experience
- Strong skills across: Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Accurate typing skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Creative, innovative and knowledge of event management
