A dynamic property company in South West London is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.

A permanent in-office role, paying a salary of up to £45,000 with a combinational mix of PA duties (20%), and Office Manager responsibilities (80%). This is an ideal position for an experienced administrator who is looking for their next career challenge or for someone who is currently working as an Office Manager and is looking for a change.

This varied role includes some EA/PA and office-support duties, as well as assisting in the operations of the business, including Marketing and Advertising. As the Office Manager, you will:

  • Act as an initial point of contact for the business.
  • Support the sales and letting process where necessary - following up with clients and suppliers when required, creating property brochures, ordering property boards etc.
  • Provide some finance administrative support by processing and raising sales and purchase invoices
  • Liaising with external Marketing and photography agencies
  • Support the external accounts team.
  • Ensure the day-to-day running of the office, manage office supplies and oversee office policies.

As the Office Manager, you should have:

  • Strong administration skills including experience managing an office.
  • Ideally experience working in or with a facilities company.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills.
  • Experience using Xero accounting software or Reapit. - Ideal but not essential
  • Some experience with finance admin including processing employee expenses.

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per year depending on experience. This is a Monday - Friday 9am until 5:30pm in-office role with free on-site parking. Apply Today!
