My client, an International FS firm, are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their team as an Office Manager/Front of House. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and providing exceptional service to our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is 5 days office based   Office Manager Responsibilities:Front Desk ManagementGreet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly mannerManage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individualHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesAssist in scheduling appointments and meetingsKeep updated records and filesAct as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the officeOversee office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management as neededEnsure cleanliness and organisation of common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaceMonitor and maintain office equipment, coordinating repairs and servicing as requiredAssist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by managementLiaising with third party contractorsManaging the waste, recycling and confidential waste for the practice to include sanitary wasteCreating purchase orders, approving purchase orders and invoicesProcessing expenses and invoices Managing stock levels for office products e.g. stationery, tea, coffee, sundries, consumables to ensure adequate supply and placing orders frequentlyThere will be some EA overflow duties  Skills and experience required:Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Professional demeanor and appearance.
