A European private equity firm with over 75 employees in London is seeking an Office Manager for immediate start.

The successful candidate will support the ongoing expansion of the London office.

This role requires five days in the office, with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise two receptionists, manage meeting rooms, and enhance visitor experience.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all building and office-related issues.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with office suppliers.
  • Oversee a portion of the office budget.
  • Actively engage in staff engagement and organize events for the London team.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate basic administrative tasks with HR and payroll.
