A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a well-known fashion brand for a full time Office Manager to support the team in their London based Head Office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations and coordinating travel logistics across the company. Additionally, this role will directly manage a small team. 

Duties will include:

  • Complex travel coordination across multiple time zones, for the whole company, including VIPs and celebrities
  • Oversee travel budgets
  • Coordinate travel bookings with support of external travel consultant
  • Obtaining visas where necessary
  • Managing health and safety compliance across multiple locations
  • Maintain staff records in line with GDPR
  • Responsible for managing corporate credit cards
  • Act as point of contact for employee queries
  • Assist with company expense management

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, in particular focussing on travel coordination and have a strong understanding of health and safety compliance, such as fire safety, to ensure the offices are compliant with current regulations. You will have excellent communication, a confident approach and be keen to bring new ideas.
