We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager with PA and Marketing skills for a dynamic and rapidly growing property security company. This is is a hands-on and varied role with the opportunity to really make a difference in the business.

You will be working closely with and responsible for bringing together the operational and senior management teams across two offices.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • PA Duties - supporting the MD and wider management team
  • General office administration
  • Facilities management
  • Creating and improving current systems
  • Report writing and coordinating tenders
  • PR and Marketing
  • Events
  • ESG initiatives

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You will be an ambitious self-starter with excellent people-skills. You will have great attention to detail with a creative flair as well as exceptional organisational skills.
