We are recruiting an Office Manager for an Architects based in Farringdon. This is a lovely role for someone who has experience as an Office manager, within the architecture industry is a bonus, but by no means essential.

Your role will be key to the business, you will act as the administrative support for the team of approx 40 employees. You will be responsible for the front of house and meeting and greeting clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:

  • Maintain smooth running of office, including supplies of stationery, cleaning, and other office supplies.
  • Take and transfer incoming calls, take messages as required
  • Reception duties - interact with clients and visitors, greet them, and offer refreshments
  • Provide support to the finance manager, such as processing invoices, expenses.
  • Provide support of HR function by assisting with staff on-boarding, maintaining HR online platform
  • Provide administrative support by booking travel, arranging meetings, and preparing reports
  • Provide document management support to project teams, such as formatting, printing, scanning, and filing documents
  • Provide support with industry accreditation's.

This role is based Monday to Friday in the office.
