Join a leading rail and civil engineering contractor in Central London as an Office Manager. This role offers the chance to support a dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Manage administrative functions at one of the London sites or offices, supporting an expanding workload and new projects.
  • Order stationery and manage bookings and deliveries.
  • Provide essential administrative support across project and office teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Keep health and safety documentation up-to-date.
  • Organise client events and ensure effective communication.
  • Oversee the holiday schedule to ensure staff coverage.
  • Develop operation and maintenance manuals for new projects.
  • Assist with the Procure to Pay process and other general administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an on-site or main office environment, preferably within the rail & civil engineering sector.
  • Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing social media and basic website maintenance.
