Join a leading rail and civil engineering contractor in Central London as an Office Manager. This role offers the chance to support a dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Manage administrative functions at one of the London sites or offices, supporting an expanding workload and new projects.
- Order stationery and manage bookings and deliveries.
- Provide essential administrative support across project and office teams.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Keep health and safety documentation up-to-date.
- Organise client events and ensure effective communication.
- Oversee the holiday schedule to ensure staff coverage.
- Develop operation and maintenance manuals for new projects.
- Assist with the Procure to Pay process and other general administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an on-site or main office environment, preferably within the rail & civil engineering sector.
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media and basic website maintenance.
