OFFICE MANAGER   An exciting temporary opportunity to join a sustainability-focused property company in London as their Office Manager during a period of rapid growth. This two-month role offers the potential to become permanent!  In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in establishing efficient processes while providing essential support to two busy directors. Our client is seeking a proactive, adaptable professional with a go-getter mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience in marketing and invoicing, along with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  OFFICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establishing office systems and processes to ensure seamless operations
  • Supporting two busy directors with diary and inbox management
  • Managing the phone line and handling general enquiries
  • Overseeing general finance tasks, including issuing invoices and reconciling expenses
  • Assisting with marketing objectives, reviewing website updates, and managing social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Office Support roles
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn
  • A positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
